Weight-Away was a new diet product from Healthspan.
These welcome emails are part of a triggered campaign. When users sign up to the weight-away hampers they automatically receive a series of emails over the forthcoming weeks and months. As well as offering information about the product and service they are designed to provide support and advice to encourage customers to stick with the campaign and help tailor the hampers to their tastes.
These emails were designed to reflect the brand, appear to make the food as inviting as possible and be simple to template and resend.
